The broaching works by chip removal carried out by the broach tool consisting of a series of cutting edges that progressively remove the material from the piece. This process can be performed only in the presence of through holes. Unlike other toothing processes, it has the advantage of speed combined with an excellent degree of finishing.
DEMM is equipped with broaching machines from 10 to 120 tons, with manual and automatic loading.
