DEMM, within the production plant located in Alto Reno Terme (BOLOGNA), is equipped with all the mechanical processes necessary for its production, including heat treatment.
The Technical Office is able to assure the design of all the equipment necessary for the best use of the machine tools working in the plant.
DEMM is also equipped to perform the operations of sharpening the tools necessary for production (hobs, slotting machines, tips, Gleason bars) and is able to assure the requested quality controls as well as to attach to the products the relative test certificates.
DEMM, in comparison to most of its "competitors", is in advanced position for the construction of prototypes and small-scale batches, guaranteeing reduced realization times. For this reason its customers are able to carry out project reviews, verifications and validations, including the real value of the product before launching it on the market.
